1. Regularly add lubricating oil to the moving parts according to the frequency of use of the CNC lathe and the lubrication condition of the machine.
2. To avoid local wear on the work surface, it is recommended to change the clamping position on the work surface workpiece as often as possible.
3. When the spindle sleeve is clamped, the force should be appropriate so as not to affect the working precision of the spindle sleeve.
4. After the operation of the Shandong CNC lathe, the work surface rail should be cleaned and coated with a small amount of lubricating oil.
5. Check the tightness of each moving rail adjustment strip every month and make appropriate adjustments.
6. For the connection between the electrical box and each rail, the machine should be cleaned twice a year. When checking, the power must be cut off to avoid accidents.
