According to the hardness of the material, choose a reasonable speed, feed rate and depth of cut, I personally summarize as follows:
1. Carbon steel material chooses high speed, high feed rate and large depth of cut. Such as: 1Gr11, select S1600, F0.2, depth of cut 2mm;
2, hard alloy selection of low speed, low feed rate, small depth of cut. Such as: GH4033, choose S800, F0.08, cutting depth 0.5mm;
3. Titanium alloy selects low speed, high feed rate and small depth of cut. Such as: Ti6, choose S400, F0.2, depth of cut 0.3mm.
